The house has a small cement backyard, updated Kitchen and Bathroom as well as Vaulted Ceilings in the Front room, Hardwood Floors, Double Sink and Double Headed Large Shower in Bath, and Walk-in-Closet in Master. Please note that the white fence in last picture of the backyard was drawn and is only for illustration. We will put a real fence there once construction is done. For application: We will need your bank statements, W2 or pay stubs, ID picture, SSN, three references (past and current employers, past and current landlords, friends/family). Our construction team follows all city's guidelines on safety and noise. We offer a lower cost at $2,800 and we cover electric bills (you pay for all the other utilities) until the construction is done.
