The lease is until August 2021 with the opportunity to resign for the next year. Washer and drier units are on site. No pets. It's right across the street from Dillons on Mass, so not only are you close to campus, but you have easy access to a grocery store as well! It's a great location, the apartments are super cute, neighbors are respectful and maintenance is reliable. Move in dates are flexible, but I'd love to find someone before October.
