Any additional cars can be parking in the open area directly across from the front of the unit. Renter's Insurance is highly recommended. This rental unit has a maximum occupancy of four persons. The Utilities (Electricity, Cable TV, Internet, Phone) and Garbage Services are the responsibility of the Tenant. The watering and keeping green of the landscaped area surrounding the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Hoses and sprinklers are provided by the Owner. The Owner is responsible for Water/Sewer Services, Gas Services, Lawn Maintenance and Pest Control Services as part of the base rent. No pets are allowed.
