Great area! This is a tiny house. It is big enough for a couple or a family of 3. Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities. No smoking is allowed inside the tiny house, but is allowed to smoke 25ft away from the house. Only 1 outside pet is allowed with a pet deposit of $250.00 non-refundable. Parking area for 2 cars allowed.
