Sublet type lease-takeover. Available August 2024 and goes until July 28th, 2025. Options for one year renewal. Ideally would like to have it rented out by mid-August and monthly rent would be prorated accordingly. Tenants are always able to end their lease early, if they find new tenants and pay an administrative fee of $500.
