Im currently remodeling the back yard, it has a grill and a fire pit , some beds for vegetables which I normally grow food in. This place comes furnished, I have currently tenants in right now, they have brought in a few of their own things and moved around some of mine. When my items are in place (and configuration is up to the renter ) I have a very nice queen bed frame and bed in the master , and a dresser . The two smaller rooms both have queen/full beds and avaible with frames . The downstairs living and kitchen are furnished with a dining room table and couches. I set this place up as an air bnb originally , so it is designed to be quality . I will update the picture when I reconfigure the space later in November if it hasn't already been rented. I live in a building behind the main house. I have a cat on the property that's used to going in and out of both buildings . So you need to be okay with having a friendly pet around.
