High season Jan 1 through Apr 30 is $900/week+tax. Off season May 1 through Oct 31 is $650/week+tax. Holiday season Nov 1 through Dec 31 is $750/week+tax. Rate includes electricity up to US $50.00 per week (add'l use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH).
