We are looking for responsible, drama-free, and friendly tenants. The current tenant will be moving out at the end of June. We'd like a little time to make repairs, but if you need to move in before July 15th, we can accommodate. We're hoping to sign tenants to a year lease that will then transition to month-to-month. First month rent and a security deposit of $2,800 are required. Long-term minded tenants are preferred. We look forward to meeting you!
