Lease Term: This lease agreement is for a period of one year 2. Rent: The monthly rent for the property is $2550, which is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% of rent. 3. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $2550 is required at the time of signing the lease. This deposit will be used to cover any damages caused by the tenant during the lease term.
