Falling Run Apartments is a small apartment community (16 units), off the main road a bit and surrounded by trees. It is quiet, very well maintained, and smoke-free, located at 1723 Grant Line Road, New Albany, Indiana. Our apartments are lovely homes to live in with very reasonable rental rates and NO HIDDEN FEES OR LAST MINUTE SURPRISE COSTS. The monthly rent for our one bedroom is $635.00 per month and our two bedroom is $685.00. The Tenant pays the electric utility, and deals directly with the electric company. The electric bill is really reasonable, because brand new furnaces and air conditioners were recently put in. We pay water, sewer and garbage pickup. We are currently running a Move-In Incentive of a reduced Security Deposit of $350.00 for qualifying applicants. The application/credit clearing fee is $35.00. Pets (cat or dog under 25 pounds) are allowed with restrictions and fees - ask for Pet Policy details. We have an intercom security system, whereas the foyer doors automatically lock and visitors ring the Tenant's door buzzer and the Tenant is able to speak back and forth on the intercom and release the foyer door from their apartment if they wish. Each apartment is equipped with washer and dryer hookups in a utility room. The entry slopes down a small incline into our parking lot, but both are always cleared and salted promptly when there is cumulative snow and/or ice, along with the sidewalks.
