Both private rooms have plenty of space for clothes and storage. Also includes a backyard shed. Includes the use of a shared space like the dining room and kitchen which includes the use of a stove, countertop, sink, microwave, refrigerator and cabinet space. Back deck, front yard and backyard can be used too. We have a very large driveway for parking. $50 pet fee a month. Property has two main entrances a side entrance off the driveway and a front entrance next to a gated garden. Also has two sliders that go onto a large back deck. Property sits on nearly 3 acres in Hebron township. The property that sits behind our backyard (and beyond our pool and swing set for our small child) is farmland and off to one side is of empty grassland space with a retention pond and the other side of the house has a neighbor up the hill but still far enough away for privacy. Across the private dead-end street before the cul-de-sac is a neighbor but again far enough away for privacy. We're 15 minutes drive to/from Crown Point, Indiana and around a 1 hour drive to/from downtown Chicago. Also includes utilities of gas, water, electric. Must keep your own private bathroom and your own private bedroom clean/maintained. Help us keep kitchen and dining room tidy as well. Dave Amy & DJ. No smoking inside the house. Outside smoking only. Use the side door/driveway door as it is right next to the two rooms being rented. A $30 late fee if not paid by the 6th of the month. Help keep kitchen clean and garbages emptied within reason as we would take turns with maintenance in the kitchen and dining room. We are generally quiet, private people, but once in a great while we'll have people over to entertain.
