    I have 3 bed 2 bath house on 5.56 acres. This property is great for families, dogs and horses/livestock. The open acreage gives you privacy and freedom, and the house will feel like home. The house comes with new flooring throughout the front entry way, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has brand new cabinets and counter tops with a new island and pine slab bar custom fitted. The walls in the main living area have all been redesigned to look western antique and painted a neutral color. It has a decorative pine beam dividing the dining room and living room with matching trim. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated including the showers toilets drywall mud and paint as well as fixtures and cabinets. The highlight of the living room is the wood burning fireplace that is about 2 years old surrounded by a natural rock wall. Use the fireplace to heat the house almost entirely, the furnace is set to 60 degrees Fahrenheit only to keep the pipes from freezing if we are gone over the weekend. The furnace works great at heating the house up quickly when it is needed. The water heater was replace 3 years ago. It also comes with a swamp cooler for the summer. With all of the trees surrounding the house it stays pretty cool, but for those hot days the swamp cooler will chill the house down rapidly. There are several outbuildings including a barn, garage and shop. The barn currently houses 2 horses but could easily have 3 with less hay. It has both 120v electricity and water inside so it makes daily chores easy. The garage is a large 2 car with 220v. The highlight of the outdoor buildings is the shop. I currently run my trailer repair business out of it. It has 220v at 150A, it is capable of about 400A. It is 72' deep by 40' wide and 18' walls with 2 12' wide by 16' tall doors to fit everything from semis to dump trucks motorhomes and fifth wheels. The concrete floor is at a minimum 6" deep to 9" deep in places. This building could be used for so many things from a fab shop to storage, a hay barn or even a small indoor riding area. It really is open to so many possibilities.
