Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. PETS: Accepted upon approval basis with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet. $250 for each additional pet.
