It is a comfortable home and has a nice ocean view - you can see ocean from inside the home. The deck has been replaced and looks great approx 16 ft by 46 ft so large. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. There is a large bedroom on one end of home and one bedroom with the half half on the other end of home. The third "bedroom" is small and we used it as an office. It does not have a built in closet in this room. But it does have an ocean view from this room. It makes a very pleasant office.
