Park Model with wonderful outdoor living. Happy Trails is a beautiful 55+ Resort with may amenities ie Pickleball, Tennis, horse shoes, wood working shop, lapidary, ceramics, Billiards, Shuffleboard, 4WD club, RV club, Ballroom with concerts, dances. Too much to list….. few more, 4 pools, 5 hot tubs, sauna. Golf course that is not owned by the park but goes through it for gorgeous views next to the pools. At Happy Trails you own the land so the HOA‘s are in expensive. They are only $172 a month for all the amenities, that includes water sewer and garbage also. We are not selling and leaving. We just had the opportunity to buy a different unit in the park that is closer to our relatives. We would never leave Happy Trails as it is such a great community.
