Outside of the house was painted in 2020. Lots of fruit trees, thornless raspberry bushes, garden area, 19.5' dome greenhouse with almost 400 sq ft., shed, oversized garage, etc. The main living area is open floorplan w/ kitchen, dining and living room together with a huge vaulted ceiling. There is also a beautiful mahogany finish, efficient wood stove in the living space. The main living spaces are all located on the main floor, the only space on the 2nd floor is the large bonus room and walk in closet above the garage. House is primarily 2x6 construction and very well insulated. There is an HOA with 2 other neighbors. The cost is $55 twice a year to 1 neighbor that pays for electricity on the shared well. Also, we each put in $52 twice a year into a common fund in case the well or private drive needs repairs.
