No matter what we tried Zillow would not come up with an estimate of value that matched our recent appraisal of $400,000.00 for this recently remodeled home in a highly desirable neighborhood. So we worked within their parameters to get the 'Zestimate' closer to what the home is actually worth, the only way we could do this is to put erroneous information on the Home facts section =(. We did not wish to do this but given the absolute lack of availability of the Zillow agents for direct conversation we did not have a choice. Zillow really needs to invest some of their huge profits in creating jobs for the much needed customer care department. While they are at it they might want to think about respecting the rights of the workers they do have. ahem...moving on... Cheerful, very well built home perched above Campbell Creek.
