The building is very quiet, which is great especially at this time that many of us work from home. It is not difficult to find an apartment owner who is renting a parking space at the garage. I don't use a car since living in Dupont allows you to walk everywhere, but mentioning this just in case. I am looking for a responsible tenant to sign a one-year lease, starting January 1st, 2021 with the possibility to extend. The building allows a six-month lease, so it is not out of the question, but prefer a year lease. The rent is $1,750/month and includes all utilities. There is a move-in fee charged by the management of $245. A one-month security deposit is required. The apartment is in a super-convenient area close to all the DC happenings," yet is also very calm. The closest metro station is Dupont Circle (red line), which is just a 5-minute walk. It is also close to plenty of bus lines and bike lanes. Around the corner, you will find great restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, bookstores, supermarkets (including Whole Foods), CVS, an organic market, you name it. It is also walking distance to Adams Morgan, Logan Circle, Foggy Bottom, and Georgetown. You could probably walk to work! I have just changed all the furniture and decor and it looks lovely!
