We do have an onsite manager in the community as well as being very close to multiple schools. This home is located in a mobile home community. Anyone interested in living in the community does have to be approved through a background and credit check. We are PET FRIENDLY! All pets do have to be approved by management and up to date on their vaccinations. Breed and size of dog doesn't impact if the dog will be approved or not. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Lot rent is included in the rental price. Smoking is not permitted inside any homes. Pets are to be approved by management and there is an additional pet deposit. There is an application fee. $25 per person over the age of 18 that would be living there. The lease is 12 months and after that renews automatically month to month. Upkeep of the home is the tenants responsibility. If there is an electrical issue, water leak, etc. then you would need to notify management as soon as possible so they can get it fixed. If left unnotified, any damage to the home will be the tenants responsibility to fix.
