The classy dining table for six overlooks a fully equipped kitchen with an electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher, and basic appliances. Parking is available at a cost of $160 per stay for one vehicle, with requests required within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $250 per month. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. The neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere makes it a perfect place to explore and enjoy the best of Miami. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances, and is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for indoor smoking, plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, and temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. We have secured a limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool, available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind, so please ensure you take everything with you at check-out.
