Valet parking is the only available option, payable directly to the building with a daily valet fee of $48. An Enterprise rental car company is located in the retail lobby for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment at The Grand offers easy access to Miami's most iconic destinations. South Beach is a short drive away, with views of cruise ships at The Port of Miami and Star Island. Stroll along Lincoln Road Mall or explore the Art Deco architecture along Ocean Drive. Wynwood, known for its vibrant street murals, buzzing bars, eclectic restaurants, and boutique shops, is just a short drive away. Brickell City Center and the Design District are also nearby. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with the building. If your flight is delayed and you'll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine.
