No smoking is permitted inside the condo, but it is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a penalty will be charged. The apartment accommodates 6 adults and 3 children, with no exceptions to the occupancy limit. Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
