South Beach is just an 8-minute drive away, while Wynwood is only 5 minutes away. Brickell City Center and the Design District are both approximately 2 miles away. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both the trusted partner and the building. If your flight is delayed and you'll be arriving after 10 PM, please let the trusted partner know in advance so they can make the necessary arrangements. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, the partner has a right to charge you $100 per missing item. The partner is not responsible for any items left behind. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. No visitors are allowed for any reservations shorter than 28 days; unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open and accessible during normal operating hours. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the pool at the Marriott Hotel, with passes available at the DoubleTree Front Desk on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. After reserving the apartment, you are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21, with no exceptions as per building requirements. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance with the partner. Depending on the length of your stay, the building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information.
