This is the most unique/cool "B" model in artHAUS. It's on the corner of the community so has great view corridors beyond artHAUS to both the north and south. The floor plan is super open and bright with great floor to ceiling windows pushed up against the walls that wash the rooms in reflected (indirect) sunlight. artHAUS was designed and developed by local architect Jason Boyer. He's best known for being the head architect for the two high rise towers in downtown Tempe, West Sixth. The guy knows his stuff and you can really see the pride he took with this community.
