The studio finishes match the rest of the house with its 10 foot ceilings and hardwood floors to the granite counter tops. There is a kitchenette with a built in microwave and refrigerator although there is no stove or oven it does come with a NuWave induction cooker. The apartment includes an ensuite washer and dryer. The studio is an attic apartment and accessible via the back stairwell in our home. Although not a private entrance, the stairwell does provide a lot of privacy. Our home is in the highly desirable Ansley Park community in Midtown. Stay close to it all. We are conveniently located within walking distance of two supermarkets, four pharmacies, dry cleaners, coffee shops and numerous restaurants. If you prefer to use public transit over a car, our home is an ideal location. There is a MARTA bus stop within 40 feet of our home and a 15 minute bus ride will get you to the Midtown station and the north/south line. MARTA provides easy access to the airport, Downtown and Buckhead. Our studio is a perfect option for students or professionals. We easily accessible to Georgia Tech, Emory University, the Shepherd Spine Clinic, Piedmont Hospital, and so many other places. Apartment is available for immediate move-in.
