The main room of this studio also has a ceiling fan. Utilities: Water, garbage/recycling, and radiator heat are included with the rent. The resident must only pay electricity and natural gas for the gas range, internet, and cable TV (if desired). Parking: Permitted street parking only. Renters' Insurance is required.
