Exterior Features:Large 2 story home, curb appeal is great. Siding may need some work, roof appears to be in fair condition. The exterior of the house looks normal for the age of the house, didn't see any broken windows. Home will need some work but has tons of potential.Interior Features:Interior looks pretty clean. The carpet is a little dirty in spots, there is a stove in the kitchen, washer and dryer in main bath on first floor,the upstairs looks to be in good condition, the bedrooms on the upper level are huge rooms. Didn't see a central air unit outside.
