Being a tenant here myself with a family, I can definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for peace and quiet. Immediate neighbors are nice and courteous, also quiet. The landlady is absolutely fantastic to work with, she's very responsive and empathetic to her tenants' needs. As for the property itself, it's clean and modern. The layout is a great use of space. The kitchen with its open design really lets in light and is well lit. The master bedroom comfortably fits a king sized bed and has a very large walk-in closet, that will be missed. It comes with a washer/dryer in unit (no more coin-operated machines or lugging your own around). The community has 2 tennis courts and 2 *clean* swimming pools for you to enjoy. There is also a fitness center for you to burn calories at. There are 2 parking spots, 1 of which is right in front of the ground floor unit! Great for those Costco runs. There are 2 ritzy parks in the area: Patriot Park and Liberty Park. The elementary school: Monterey Ridge Elementary School, is HIGHLY rated. There are shopping centers and grocery markets up to 5min down the road for your convenience (Ralphs, Target, etc.). The internet providers are also pretty cheap and fast here for any cord cutters. If you do your research, you'll find there are probably no other units up for rent in this community, they're getting snatched up pretty quickly for good reason!
