This partially furnished upstairs apartment, available September 1st, is close to campus (about a 10-minute walk), grocery stores, and a bus line. The apartment is furnished, and to move large items out there, there is a $50 one-time charge per item. This is a quiet building on a nice street, and we are very involved managers. No pets, no smoking. Owner pays water, sewer, and garbage and the tenant is responsible for electricity and internet. NO PETS or smoking allowed. Parking can be tight, so we recommend an off street parking B permit.
