    This tri-level split home features lots of living space, with both a living room and a large den, making it perfect for families. The unique custom-made railing between the dine-in kitchen and the den keeps things open and modern. A new high end stainless dishwasher, and a new stainless refrigerator were added in the last three years, and we recently added a stainless vent hood above the stove. The front living room is bright and open, with an extra-large window that lets in lots of light. A built in bookcase was recently custom made for the room. The house features lots of closets and cabinets throughout for convenient storage. The back entrance to the house opens to a mudroom, where we've added lots of hooks for dropping off coats and backpacks before everyone enters the house. The top level has three bedrooms, and the bathroom has been completely redone. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as a home office, with a custom-built desk. The back porch is screened in and great for entertaining, with room for lots of furniture. The large backyard is fenced in with beautiful trees. The long driveway wraps around the back of the house to the garage, and easily fits three cars side by side. The two car garage is oversized, with space for workbenches and windows. The lower level bathroom and bedroom were reconfigured in 2015, to allow for a brand new double vanity, a linen closet in the hallway, and a large double closet in the downstairs bedroom. All of the carpet was removed from the house in 2013. The upstairs bathroom got new vinyl, and the remainder of the upstairs was floored in durable luxury vinyl tiles. LVT was also used to refloor the lower level. Prior to our purchase of the home in 2013, many other updates were done: 2013 updates: counter, sink, floors. 2008- roof and water heater. 2010-2012 windows, fence, bath up, siding. Other upgrades including paint, hardware, fixtures, blinds.
