Four bedroom manufactured home called a triple wide because the kitchen was the third section added to the back of the house. The kitchen is 14' X 29' and is attached to the living room with a wide open archway and has been completely remodeled. We added a 30' x 16' bedroom to the back of the house off the kitchen, remodeled both bathrooms and added a 30' x 28' garage to the left side of our home. Neighborhood Description Pickard Rd is about 7 miles west of Thomaston Georgia on GA Hwy 74. Our land looks up at the beginning of the Pine Mountains. Our house is very quiet as we are 1000' off of the road and can't see any neighbors from our house.
