We regularly have very tame deer visit our grounds here to feast on all the apples and apricots the trees produce, You will feel like you are in the middle of a nature preserve, Total privacy with huge windows looking out onto the trees and back of property. Very sunny and great for remote work at the desk, a writer's retreat to get that book, script or other project started or finished, plenty of floor space in the front room to spread out and do your yoga/stretches, etc. A year lease is preferred but willing to rent with 3 month stay minimum. Tenant must be prepared to walk up and down steps to get to car. Parking spot by lower gate. Owner pays for water, there is no gas. Tenant is responsible for Electric (Landlord will send copy of bill, you reimburse him with your rental payment) In the warm months, electric is basically nothing, in the winter, it can get up to around $150 monthly when you have the heater on all the time.
