We regularly have very tame deer visit our grounds here to feast on all the apples and apricots the trees produce, You will feel like you are in the middle of a nature preserve, Total privacy with huge windows looking out onto the trees and back of property. Very sunny and great for remote work at the desk, a writer's retreat to get that book, script or other project started or finished, plenty of floor space in the front room to spread out and do your yoga/stretches, etc. A year lease is preferred but willing to rent with 3 month stay minimum. Tenant must be prepared to walk up and down steps to get to car. Great location for esssy access to the mountain for skiing and hiking. Parking spot by lower gate.
