The heat is a gas boiler furnace with baseboard radiators. The back yard is fenced with a tall shade tree in the center, and an in-ground pool with surrounding patio area & fire pit. The pool liner was ruined these past 2 winters and needs replacing. If the pool is not wanted, it could be filled in for a garden or playground area or whatever. The listing price allows for this so the new owners can make the choice. This would also make a nice rental property. It has separate entries in the back with keypad locks (also on the walk-in garage door}; the front entrances have security doors entering into a large hallway/stairway. The lower level does connect to the main house unit with a spiral staircase and through the common hallway stairs.
