Perfect starter house! Newer roof from summer of 2021, new gutters and downspouts installed summer 2025. Top of the line Renewal by Anderson windows installed winter 2018. Did a partial remodel of the bathroom in 2019 with new tile flooring and shower walls, new vanity and toilet. Updated kitchen early 2025 with new floors, counter, sink and added dishwasher.
