Street parking is available and plenty of spots and zone permits are not required. The house is 4 stories tall, has 3 bedrooms in total, and has a rooftop patio on the top. There are 3 bedrooms in the home. I live on the 4th floor in the master bedroom and Kevin lives in the bottom floor bedroom. The current tenants in the unit are below: Kevin 30M is a healthcare worker in the International District and enjoys K-Dramas. He and I were tennis partners in high school together. Paul 28M is a programmer. Josiah 25M is in finance and is the current person living in the master bedroom that's advertised in this post. Josiah is moving out on May 3rd pursuing a new opportunity at his job. so I'm looking for someone to take the room he's leaving. Please no dogs or cats at this time. The room is planned to not be furnished. The kitchen is shared. The lease duration of 3/6/12 months can be chosen. No smoking allowed inside
