The Root River bike trail goes right through the property about 200 yards from house. It contains the most challenging and least used part of the 50 mile trail system. The home was completely remodeled and lined with hickory. Main traffic areas have tile floor and the rest is carpeted. Recently shingled the roof, replaced the siding and painted. There are 3 bedrooms, one shower bath and one half bath. Has a screened porch of cedar matched to the house and a deck and railing made of IPE wood from South America, added a cement patio under the deck and completely replaced the landscape walls. I have about a half hour of recorded tour for those interested.
