Amenities include in-unit washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances including a dishwasher & garbage disposal, and garage for storage. Unit is walking distance to everything in PB including Starbucks, Vons, CVS and Trader Joe's, and is 1 mile to the beach and 1/2 mile to the bay. Neighbors are all mature and respectful. 3rd roommate is a male who has been living at the condo for 3 years. He is a working professional in his late twenties (works from home) and is very easy going and quiet. He loves the place and says the landlords are great and respond quickly to any maintenance requests. Rent for each room will be $1750, upon signing a 1-year lease. Owner pays for water, sewage and trash removal as well as pest control and landscaping. Tenants pay for electricity, gas, internet and tv. No smoking unit and no pets allowed. First month rent plus one-month's rent security deposit due at signing. Lease is 1-year. Tenants each pay their rent monthly to owner via Paypal. The room for rent will be for a 1-year lease starting 8/1. We ask for first month's rent ($1750) plus one month's rent ($1750) as security deposit due at lease signing. Tenants pay rent to owners directly via Paypal by 3rd day of the month. Tenants align with other renters to split electricity, gas, internet and tv utility expenses.
