Deposits, Pet Rent, & Utilities Application Fee: $53 Holding Deposit: Equal to 10% of the rent amount. Holding deposits are accepted in the form of personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks or online via online payment. Security Deposit: Equal to 50% of the rent amount and can go up to 1 month's rent depending on the credit screening recommendations. (The paid holding deposit amount will be applied to the security deposit balance upon move-in) Pet Deposit: $0 (2 pet max, 45 lb. max weight limit and breed restrictions apply) Pet Rent: $50 (per month, per pet) Utilities: v Residents are responsible for covering the cost of water, sewer, and trash. v Residents are responsible for their electricity through SMUD. v Renters Insurance with $100,000 personal liability coverage is required. v Residents are responsible for Cable/Internet (if they choose to purchase service) (Ice House is a Fiber Optic Internet community) Parking: Parking is available for an additional cost.
