This is used as a vacation/hunting camp and has running water piped from the creek, approved vaulted outhouse, approved grey water disposal system. There is sleeping facilities in the two main buildings for 6 people. Camp is being sold as ready to use with pots, pans, dishes and everything ready to move in. Just bring your groceries and drinking water and just relax in the lawn chairs on the front deck. There is an additional small storage building.
