I ask that you mow the area immediately around the home. Working AC/Heat. Pets OK, with my approval. Covered car port. This home has a septic system and well water, electric bill is the only utility that needs payment. I do not take section 8. To move in, one months rent deposit is required and this is pay in advance, so one months of rent as well, totaling $2,500 before moving in. Current tenant is in process of moving out.
