Valuation is incorrect. There was a sudden drop in value from previous levels after its purchase in July 2019 since house was part of an inheritance and sale price at that time reflects the cost of buying out other siblings. I had a 20% share already. Valuation of house is more accurately stated at other real estate websites such as Redfin.
