You also have the second room which faces the front of the house, has built in shelving, closets and would be a great private living room. You have the whole floor to yourself! The house is cozy with plenty of places to hang out on the first floor. In addition to a half bath and kitchen, there is a lovely garden off the back porch which is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The second floor has a full bath and laundry room in addition to my bedroom and a small room spare room. The house is on a quiet, well lit block in Midtown, blocks from coffee shops and restaurants and farmers market and the river walk. The home is a shared space with one other female housemate. Ideal Housemate is: Female, non smoking, mid 20's to mid 30's with no pets.
