There is a large shared back yard and the apartment is right across the street from the Wisconsin River running path and just a short walk from Subway, Biggby Coffee, and Kreuger's Bakery. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available May 1st.
