With any of our properties we do have an application process, there is a $20 per person application fee, we check credit, (the score must be at least 600), we do a employment verification (your income must meet or exceed the rent multiplied by 3) and we check your rental references going back 4 years, (evictions and collections against you for non-payment of rent or damages to a previous property will disqualify you from renting from us.) We take multiple application on a property and it will go to the first approved applicant. Let's not waste each others time if you cannot meet any of these requirements.
