1. Names of all tenants. Every adult who lives in the rental unit, including both members of a married or unmarried couple, should be named as tenants and sign the lease or rental agreement.
2. Limits on occupancy. The rental unit is the residence of only the tenants who have signed the lease and their minor children.
3. Term of the tenancy. AFTER the year lease is up the term of tenancy will change to a standard normal Rental agreement that runs from month to month and self-renew unless terminated by the landlord or tenant.
4. Rent. Is $1850 due every 1st of the month with a 3 day grace period after the three days if the payment is not made there will be a $50 late fee added to month you are late on.
Security Deposit is due at signing of all terms and agreements.
