This lovely home is situated in a central location between downtown LA and Orange County, making it easy to access the best of what both areas have to offer. You'll be just 25-30 minutes away from Disneyland, the beaches, and downtown LA, and you'll be a block away from grocery stores, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a regional park. Our home is fully furnished, including two bedrooms with king-size and two twin-size beds, as well as a sleeper sofa for your guests. You'll have access to in-house laundry and there is a designated covered parking spot right in front of the unit. There are plenty of free visitor parking spots as well. The condo is also located next to the pool and tennis courts for your convenience. We do have an unfurnished option available upon request. Smoking is prohibited and no pets are allowed. Water and trash are included in the rental. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home while in LA and OC, our condo is the perfect choice. A short walk away, you'll find local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and the Schabarum regional park for a leisurely hike. Using the facilities outside of these hours or violating any other rules may result in a fine of $100. There is also a community laundry room available 24/7 for use at a cost of 4 quarters per load. Children should be supervised on the balcony at all times. Please take care of your keys and be aware that losing the community key or gate remote will incur a charge of $100. Please treat the furnishings with care and do not rearrange them.
