A very nice neighborhood, gorgeous front and backyard with a pool (18x36). Brand new roof in 2019. We built a nice large deck off of the sunroom in 1994 and have since rebuilt it and stained it. We remodeled the entire house (with the exception of the upstairs bathroom) with laminate wood flooring throughout, sturdy hardy board installed in 2016 on the entire outside of house, new paint on the inside and outside. Bathroom downstairs was remodeled as well with new laminate wood flooring, new toilet, and new vanity/sink. Kitchen and laundry room was remodeled in 2018 with beautiful ceramic flooring, gorgeous backsplash, granite countertops, and new stainless steel double sinks. Additionally, bought brand new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven/microwave combo, and washer/dryer). Also installed a brand new fence around the entire backyard in 2017. The sunroom was remodeled in 2016 with new energy efficient windows and new laminate wood flooring. We have lived in this beautiful home since 1993 and love everything about it. The neighbors are always so friendly and helpful and have been here for many years as well. You will feel safe while taking a walk or jogging around this neighborhood. We have never had any problems. You will love the split bedrooms with the Master Suite with two separate closets and master bath on the main floor. You will enjoy a beautiful view from the upstairs loft overlooking the living room, a large bathroom and two nice sized bedrooms. There is plenty of room for your garden in this large front and super large backyard. The azaleas and trees blooming in the spring will take your breath away. There and a sliding glass door in the Sunroom. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this home.
