Please be aware that you will be staying in a 10-unit walk-up condominium that is both owner and renter occupied, so please be respectful of your neighbors, especially in regards to daytime and nighttime noise. As well, please choose a a vehicle that fits in the parking stall. The stall won't be able to accommodate bigger vans or trucks. This condo is located on a quieter side street in Metro-Honolulu. However, we are next to other condominiums and so there may be some noise from neighbors and vehicles. The noise level is pretty standard for nearly all residential areas that are as centrally located as us. As a heads up, there is an HOA agreement that you will need to sign, along with providing your contact information to the HOA board in case they need to communicate with you. The agreement is very reasonable. Let me know if you'd like to review this document before you book with us. **Lastly, please understand that we only provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and essentials.
