    Absolutely adorable and fabulous one bedroom apartment steps from Dupont Circle, Washington, DC - move in flexible. July/August move in. Apartment is quiet and secluded, as it is the only apartment on the top floor (3rd floor) of this historic walk up. Stone exterior makes hearing neighbors impossible while large old oak trees dangle around the exterior windows (that face both north and south offering tons of sunlight). It feels like a little oasis inside the bustling city. This one bedroom apartment has four distinct areas: 1) Living Room: The living rooms boasts a beautiful historic fireplace. The Candles within and the mirror above come with the unit. This is the centerpiece of the living room, and works as an amazing point of interest. All three large windows in the living room face Q street (north). There is a large close in the living room as well. Classic hooks are next to the door. Beautiful dark wood floors adorn the entire apartment. 2) Kitchen: The quaint kitchen has new gas stove and microwave. The window faces Q street as well and offer natural sunlight. There is an opening to see into the living room from the kitchen, as shown in the photos. Ample cabinet space. 3) Bedroom: The bedroom is very large. The pictures do not do justice. My queen bed looks ill fitted, and a king bed would be entirely appropriate for this apartment. There is also a closet in the bedroom. Windows face South into the backyard, and is very quiet. I have used sleep machines my entire life as a city dweller, but after moving here have not had to use it once. 4) Bathroom- As you walk into the bathroom, there is a large set of shelves for ample storage. A historic claw foot tub has been one of my favorite attributes of this unit. Large window faces South into backyard, letting in tons of gorgeous natural light which is ideal for a bathroom. Brand new toilet and pendant sink have been added. Also, a brand new (as in purchased this month) combination washer/dryer from LG has been added to the unit in the bathroom. This unit is the most superior model that has ever been made for a combo unit, and does ACTUALLY dry clothes. With utilities included, feel free to wash away. Unique add ons: 1) In the hallway on the third floor, there is an enormous closet. This is for the sole use of the third floor tenant (ie: you!). Per the picture, you can see I have my Christmas tree amongst many other items stored in here. While this may seem immaterial, it has proven to be a huge benefit of this apartment. 2) There is a small outdoor area facing Q street. While there are no barriers that would make this a "Deck", it is completely large enough to have some cocktails on in the warmer months. Other tenants in the past have used it for personal gardens. There is easy access from the front windows of the unit. The photo facing Q street has a small view of it. It is much larger in person. 3) The utilities are INCLUDED in rent. All. There is not a single bill for gas or electric. Tenant is only responsible for internet/cable, and the unit is fully wired for Comcast. 4) There is a parking space available in the ally between Church and Q street for $200 a month. 5) All custom blinds stay in the apartment. Application, references, and full months rent deposit are required. Please ONLY serious candidates reach out to me. This is a historic and unique unit with incredible charm and sunlight.
