No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations are allowed on the wallpaper. Please remove all decorations before departure. Outdoor noise levels should be kept down during quiet hours. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please provide a heads-up.
